We publish the breeder's numbers, not inflated ones
Every THC, CBD, flowering-time, yield and harvest-month figure on this site comes from the breeder who created the strain. We don't estimate them, and we don't borrow a figure from a similar strain to fill a gap. Where a breeder has never published a number, the spec row reads “Not specified by the breeder” rather than being left blank or quietly guessed at.

An 80% germination guarantee, in writing
At least 80% of your seeds should sprout — 4 out of 5, 8 out of 10, 16 out of 20. If fewer do, and you followed the germination instructions included with your order, we replace them.
The guarantee runs 90 days from your purchase date. To claim, send us your order number, the strain name, how many seeds you started and how many sprouted, roughly when you started them, and the method you used. Photos help where they're relevant. No lab report required.
We replace seeds rather than refunding them — we deal in genetics, not store credit. Full terms are on the germination guarantee page.
A 100% shipping guarantee
If a package is damaged before or during delivery, arrives with the wrong seeds, is short on quantity, or never turns up at all, we replace the items or send the order again.
Send your order number, the product name, a description of what went wrong, and photos where they apply. The details are on the 100% shipping guarantee page.
Discreet packaging and same-day dispatch
We ship every day. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern go out the same day; anything later goes out the next.
Your package carries a shipping label and a return address and nothing else — no branding, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. A printed invoice goes in the box and a copy goes to your email.

What we don't promise
A guarantee is only worth what its limits say, so here are ours plainly.
- Yields are the breeder's figures from the breeder's conditions. Yours depend on your own setup.
- Effects are what growers commonly report. They vary by person and by dose, and we make no medical claims.
- Flowering times and harvest months are typical expectations, not commitments. Late-finishing strains are flagged, with earlier options suggested.
- We replace, we don't refund. No cash back and no store credit.
- The guarantees don't cover improper storage or handling, damage after delivery, extreme heat, cold or moisture, unsuitable germination conditions, problems that appear after germination such as pests, disease, mould, nutrient issues or environmental stress, or seeds bought from another seed bank.

A seed bank. We select and stock genetics created by breeders such as Dinafem, G13 Labs, Next Generation Seeds, QCS and ButterBean Birdseed, and we credit each strain to the breeder who made it rather than presenting the genetics as our own.
How do I know the THC and CBD figures are accurate?
They are the breeder's own published figures, reproduced as published. We don't round them up, and we don't substitute numbers from a similar strain. Where a breeder never published a figure, the row says so instead of showing a guess.
What happens if my seeds don't germinate?
If fewer than 80% sprout within 90 days of purchase and you followed the germination instructions, we send replacements. Contact us with your order number, the strain, how many seeds you started and how many came up, and the method you used.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Packages carry only a shipping label and a return address, with no branding and no indication of the contents. The invoice goes inside the package, and a copy goes to your email.
How long does delivery take in Canada?
Express courier with tracking arrives in 2 to 4 business days. Standard delivery by Canada Post has no tracking and takes longer. Orders over $200 ship free by express with tracking.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, by express with tracking, typically in 2 to 3 business days.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Where a guarantee applies we replace the seeds or reship the order. We don't issue refunds or store credit.
