80% Germination Guarantee
Montreal Cannabis Seeds stands behind the quality of eligible seeds with an 80% Germination Guarantee, where germination is permitted by applicable law.
The germination guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
For a package containing five seeds, an 80% germination rate means that at least 4 out of 5 seeds would normally be expected to germinate.
If fewer than 80% of the eligible seeds in a package germinate, please contact Montreal Cannabis Seeds with your order number, the strain involved, the number of seeds attempted, the number that germinated, and relevant information regarding the issue.
Claims are reviewed individually.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in replacement seeds, store credit, a refund, or another appropriate resolution.
The Germination Guarantee does not apply where failure results from improper storage, improper handling, physical damage, unsuitable environmental conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Other Product Issues
For product issues other than germination claims, we ask customers to contact Montreal Cannabis Seeds as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within one year of purchase.
This requested reporting period does not limit any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect orders, and other related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Because cannabis seeds are biological products, all sales are generally final once shipped except where a replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy applies under our policies or applicable law.
