At Montreal Cannabis Seeds, customer satisfaction and seed quality are important to us. Because cannabis seeds are biological products, our return and refund policy differs from that of ordinary retail merchandise.
Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of cannabis seeds, all seed sales are final once the order has been shipped, except where the product received is damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise eligible under our Germination Guarantee or applicable law.
We cannot accept returns of seed packages that have been:
Opened or altered
Planted or germinated
Improperly stored or handled
Damaged after delivery
Purchased from another retailer or seed bank
Any approved return must be authorized by Montreal Cannabis Seeds before being sent back to us.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong seeds, an incorrect quantity, or a product that was damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly after receiving your order.
Please provide:
Your order number
The name of the affected strain or product
A description of the problem
Clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable
After reviewing the claim, Montreal Cannabis Seeds may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
80% Germination Guarantee
Montreal Cannabis Seeds stands behind the quality of our genetics with an 80% Germination Guarantee, where germination is permitted by applicable law.
If fewer than 80% of the seeds from an eligible pack germinate, please contact our customer service team with your order information and details about the affected seeds.
For example, if a package contains 5 seeds, at least 4 seeds would normally be expected to germinate to meet our 80% guarantee.
Eligible claims will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement seeds, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
The Germination Guarantee does not cover problems resulting from improper storage, handling, environmental conditions, physical damage, or other circumstances outside our control.
Promotional and Free Seeds
Complimentary seeds, promotional seeds, contest prizes, and other free products have no cash value and are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If there is an issue with promotional seeds, please contact us and we will review the situation individually.
Shipping Problems
If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or appears to be missing items, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier are not considered product returns. Lost or undelivered orders will be reviewed according to the shipping method selected and the circumstances of the shipment.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method, whenever possible.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Montreal Cannabis Seeds or where reimbursement of those charges is required by applicable law.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Legal Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to cannabis seeds in their province, state, country, or jurisdiction.
Products sold by Montreal Cannabis Seeds must not be used in violation of applicable laws.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Where applicable law provides rights that conflict with any part of this policy, applicable law will prevail.
