What is the difference between feminized and autoflower seeds?
Feminized photoperiod seeds are bred to produce female plants and begin flowering in response to changes in the light cycle.
Autoflowering seeds are also generally feminized but begin flowering primarily according to age rather than a change in light schedule. Many autoflower varieties have shorter overall growing cycles and more compact plant structures.
Photoperiod varieties generally provide growers with more control over the vegetative period and eventual plant size.
What are fast version seeds?
Fast version seeds are feminized photoperiod genetics bred to finish flowering sooner than their standard counterparts. Many finish approximately one to two weeks earlier, depending on the strain and growing conditions.
Their shorter flowering period can make them useful in regions with shorter outdoor growing seasons.

Do you guarantee germination?
Yes. Eligible purchased seeds are covered by our 80% Germination Guarantee for 90 days from the date of purchase, where germination is legally permitted.
An 80% germination rate means that, for example, at least 4 seeds from an eligible pack of 5 should germinate when appropriate germination practices are followed.
What happens if fewer than 80% of my seeds germinate?
Contact our customer service team within 90 days of purchase and provide:

Are free seeds covered by the guarantee?
Free, promotional and prize seeds have no cash value and may not qualify for the same guarantee coverage as purchased seeds.

How should I germinate cannabis seeds?
Where germination is legally permitted, one commonly used method is the damp paper towel method.
Place seeds between damp—not soaking wet—paper towels on a plate, cover them and keep them in a dark location at approximately 21–25 °C (70–77 °F). Many viable seeds develop a taproot within approximately 2–5 days.
Once a taproot appears, the seed can be transferred carefully to an appropriate growing medium.
Keep a record of your germination method if you may need to submit a guarantee claim.
How should cannabis seeds be stored?
Store cannabis seeds in a cool, dry and dark environment protected from moisture, heat, light and major temperature fluctuations.
For longer-term storage, many people use a sealed container in a refrigerator. Allow refrigerated seeds to gradually return to room temperature before opening the container to help reduce condensation.
When stored properly, cannabis seeds may remain viable for several years.

We ship every day. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) ship the same day, and orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ship the next day.
How long does shipping take within Canada?

Express shipping to the United States is typically estimated at 2–3 business days after processing.
Customs processing, carrier delays, weather and other circumstances may increase delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to Canada and the United States.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in a plain box or envelope (depending on order size) with no branding and no description of the contents on the outside. The outside shows only a shipping label with the address you entered at checkout and a return address. Inside is a printed copy of your order invoice, a record of your paid order rather than a bill to pay. The same invoice is also emailed to you.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is included with Express Shipping. When available, your tracking number will be sent by email after the order ships.
Standard Shipping generally does not include tracking.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Canadian Standard orders (sent by Canada Post) may be delivered to PO boxes.
Express orders (Canada and U.S.) require a physical delivery address.
Are customs fees included?
No. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
What happens if customs stops my package?
Shipments to the United States may be inspected by customs authorities.
We cannot guarantee that cannabis seeds will be admitted into every country or jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for determining whether cannabis seeds can legally be imported and possessed at their destination before ordering.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order includes tracking, check the tracking information first.
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We guarantee delivery: if your package never arrives, we send you a new order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually correct the address. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Because seeds are biological products, sales are generally final once an order has shipped.

We replace them. If fewer than 80% of your seeds germinate within 90 days of purchase, we send replacement seeds. If your package arrives broken or damaged, or never arrives, we replace it or send a new order. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
