Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postage. Orders over $200 ship free, automatically upgraded to express shipping with a tracking number; this is applied automatically at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, labour disruptions and remote locations can extend them. If your package never arrives, we send you a new order.
Order Processing
We ship every day. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) ship the same day, and orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ship the next day. Because we ship the same day, an order can be cancelled or changed only if you email us at info@montrealcannabis-seeds.ca the same day you place it (weekends included), before it ships. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in a plain box or envelope, depending on the size of the order, with no Montreal Cannabis Seeds branding and nothing on the outside identifying the contents. The outside shows only a shipping label with the shipping address you entered at checkout and a return address. Inside, you will find a printed copy of your order invoice (a record of what you bought and paid, not a bill to pay). The same invoice is emailed to you, and it shows our company name, our contact details and your order number. Your privacy is protected from the moment the order leaves us.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Standard shipping (Canada only) is sent by Canada Post. Express shipping does not use Canada Post: express orders (Canada and U.S.) are sent by courier with a tracking number. Tracking is included with express shipping: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive). Allow some time for the carrier's system to update. Standard shipping does not include tracking and can't be monitored in transit.
PO Boxes
Canadian standard orders (sent by Canada Post) can ship to PO boxes. Express orders (Canada and U.S.) require a physical street address; PO box delivery is not supported for express shipping.
Verify Your Shipping Address
Check your address carefully before submitting: full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, province or state, postal or ZIP code, and country. Once an order is processed or shipped we may not be able to change the address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately.
Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking first (for express orders) and allow for possible carrier or customs delays. If it's still missing, contact customer service with your order number. We guarantee delivery: if your package never arrives, we send you a new order, and if it arrives broken or damaged, we replace it.
