Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postage. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, labour disruptions and remote locations can extend them.
Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, we aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging with no Montreal Cannabis Seeds branding and nothing on the outside identifying the contents as cannabis seeds. Your privacy is protected from the moment the order leaves us.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Orders ship by Canada Post or another selected courier depending on destination and the option chosen at checkout. Tracking is included with express shipping: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive). Allow some time for the carrier's system to update. Standard shipping does not include tracking and can't be monitored in transit.
PO Boxes
Canadian express orders can ship to PO boxes via Canada Post. U.S. express orders require a physical street address; PO box delivery is not currently supported for that option.
Verify Your Shipping Address
Check your address carefully before submitting: full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, province or state, postal or ZIP code, and country. Once an order is processed or shipped we may not be able to change the address, and we can't be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address except where the law provides otherwise. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for confirming that cannabis seeds may legally be imported, received and possessed in their country. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional delays. Any charges levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot guarantee that a shipment will be admitted by customs.
Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking first (for express orders) and allow for possible carrier or customs delays. If it's still missing, contact customer service with your order number. We'll review the shipping method, tracking, address and carrier information, work with the carrier where needed, and determine the best available resolution.
