Black Runtz Cannabis Seeds Feminized
Black Runtz is a feminized, Indica-dominant hybrid bred from Black Diamond Sherbet × Runtz. It tests at a very high 30–32% THC with low CBD, flowers in 8–9 weeks, stays medium height (up to ~4 ft indoors), and yields around 400–450 g indoors or up to ~500–550 g per plant outdoors, typically harvesting in October. The genetics combine Black Diamond Sherbet's heavy resin production and tranquil, dessert-like sedation with Runtz's candy-sweet aroma and balanced euphoria, producing reported effects that begin with mild mental brightness before settling into deep physical relaxation.

Flavor, Aroma & Terpenes
Flavor: A tangy, cheese-like sharpness merging with fruity, candy-like sweetness, an earthy pine note, occasional sour tang, and delicate floral touches with a faint peppery spice finish.
Key terpenes: Caryophyllene (peppery, warm) and myrcene (earthy, sedating) lead the profile, with pinene or humulene appearing in some phenotypes.
Effects
Commonly reported: aroused, creative, happy, relaxing. Typically described as a mild initial euphoria and creative spark from the Runtz side, gradually deepening into significant Indica sedation — heavier doses lean toward couch-lock, especially useful for evening use.
At 30–32% THC, this is an extremely potent strain — new or lower-tolerance consumers should start with a very small dose. Effects vary by person. Not medical advice.
Reported Uses
Some users report the relaxing profile as supportive for stress, general aches or tension, difficulty sleeping, or reduced appetite. This reflects general reported use, not medical advice or a treatment claim for any diagnosed condition — consult a healthcare provider before using cannabis for anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, or any other medical condition.
Growing Conditions & Tips
- Humidity: Keep RH at 40–50% from mid to late bloom, with steady airflow — thick Indica buds are mold-prone if humidity runs high.
- Pest management: Watch for whiteflies, spider mites, or fungus gnats; regular scouting, sticky traps, or mild organic insecticides help.
- Ventilation: Especially important for dense colas that trap moisture easily.
- Training: Topping or LST can keep height manageable in smaller spaces.
Harvesting, Drying & Curing
- Harvest timing: Mostly milky trichomes with about 10–20% amber for balanced sedation and clarity; more amber intensifies sedation.
- Dry: 7–10 days, dim and ventilated, 45–55% humidity, ~20°C — a slow dry highlights the sweet, tangy notes.
- Cure: Airtight jars, burped daily at first; 2–4 weeks intensifies the pungent, sweet top notes.
- Store: Cool, dark, sealed, with minimal oxygen exposure to preserve the sugary tang and potency.
