Animal Cookies Cannabis Seeds Feminized
Animal Cookies is a feminized, Indica-dominant hybrid (~75% Indica / 25% Sativa) bred from Girl Scout Cookies × Fire OG. It tests at 19–25% THC with around 1% CBD, flowers indoors in 9–10 weeks, reaches a medium height (roughly 5–8 ft, depending on training and conditions), and yields around 300 g/m² indoors or up to ~550 g per plant outdoors, typically harvesting in September. The genetics combine GSC's sweet, dessert-like flavor and mild cerebral spark with Fire OG's deep sedation and earthy, diesel-leaning depth, producing reported effects that begin uplifting and settle into a heavy, relaxing body stone.
Genetics: Girl Scout Cookies × Fire OG
Girl Scout Cookies contributes sweet, cookie-dough flavor, a mild mental lift, and subtle Indica relaxation.
Fire OG contributes deep sedation, earthy and diesel-tinged aroma, and a heavier Indica-driven body effect.

Flavor, Aroma & Terpenes
Flavor: Sweet and vanilla-forward, with cookie-dough sweetness layered over earthy, pungent OG depth and a hint of gentle spice on some phenotypes.
Key terpenes:
- Camphene — crisp, minty, subtly cooling
- Caryophyllene — peppery and warm, underpinning the earthy side
- Humulene — herbal dryness bridging the sweet and spiced notes
- Linalool — floral, lavender-like, associated with a calming effect
Effects
Commonly reported: creative, euphoric, happy, hungry, relaxing, uplifting. Typically described as an early mild cerebral lift and mood boost, followed by a deepening body stone as the Fire OG side takes hold, often with an increased appetite along the way.
Effects vary by person and dose. Larger doses tend to skew more sedating. Not medical advice.
Reported Uses
Some users report the sedating, mood-lifting effect as supportive for stress, low mood, mild anxiety (at lighter doses), general tension, or reduced appetite. This is not a high-CBD or medically targeted strain, and none of this is medical advice — consult a healthcare provider for medical use.
Growing Conditions & Tips
- Climate: Performs best in dry, sunny, warm conditions, similar to its West Coast lineage.
- Indoor temperature: Around 21–26°C for stable bud formation.
- Humidity: Keep flowering-stage humidity around 40–50% with good airflow — dense buds are prone to mold if it runs higher.
- Training: Topping or LST helps keep height in check indoors and opens the canopy for better airflow.
- Feeding: Tolerates standard nutrient schedules but can show nutrient burn if overfed; let the topsoil dry slightly between waterings.
- Cooler nights during flowering can bring out purple tints in some phenotypes.
- Harvest timing: Watch for trichomes turning milky with light amber for a balanced effect; extending harvest deepens sedation but can soften the strain's brighter notes.
Drying & Curing
For a deeper look at each stage, see our guide to drying vs. curing marijuana.
- Dry: 7–12 days in a low-light, ventilated space (45–55% humidity, ~20°C).
- Cure: Airtight jars, burped daily the first week, then cured 2–4 weeks to smooth the flavor.
- Store: Cool, dark, sealed containers to preserve potency and aroma long-term.
