Kushberry creates a fusion of two of the West Coast's most highly-flavoured weed strains, viz. OG Kush and Oregon Blueberry. Kushberry is a potent, 70% indica cannabis strain.

Kushberry is quite a short plant which manages to combine the vigour and taste of the Blueberry adding the lemon and fuel funkiness of the OG Kush. It grows in a compact, bushy, Christmas tree shape and is very tolerant of fluctuations in temperature. It does not need a lot of nutrients and care should be taken not to overfeed it which can cause nutrient lock-out. Its structure makes it suitable for a Sea of Green system as it responds very well to lower branch pruning to focus the plants' energies in developing the larger buds. Grown outdoors it will be ready to harvest during October in the northern hemisphere and it is a strain with good mould resistance.

The buds can become very heavy and so Kushberry will benefit enormously from a support system being used to prevent the snapping of branches. Indoors under 600 watt grow-lights yields should be in the range 400 - 500 gr/m². The Blueberry ancestor supplies a fruity aroma and flavour with blueberry, blackberry and raspberry prevalent along with the more sharp/sour citrus notes provided by the OG Kush. The taste also has a certain sweetness. We have no figures for cannabinoid production but rest assured this is a highly potent strain with an initially active, cerebral and exhilarating effect which evolves into a more meditative feeling which some experience as couch-lock while others find it calming with a pain relieving and appetite-stimulating function as well as aiding sleep for those suffering with insomnia. For this reason it is a highly recommended medical strain.
